I've been going to Ming for 8+ years, and he has been the most steady, loyal, honest and fair mechanic I have ever come across...between my wife and I, we have taken him various makes and models (Audi, Jeep, Volvo) and he's been "Johnny on the Spot" every time. Simply put, I have never felt so good about a RELATIONSHIP with my mechanic. Ming is the best.

I've used a number of mechanics in MA and in a number of states, actually, and Ming is, above and beyond, the most knowledgeable, skilled, honest, fair, and forthcoming auto mechanic I have ever found. I use him for EVERYTHING and would go nowhere else. Not only can you trust him, which is HUGE... he is also very responsive via text and email and sends photos of things that need repair, so you can SEE what is needed, before you do anything. They will also pick you up/drop you off at/from the closest T or bus if you don't have someone else to do... and have a car to borrow, when available, if you need a loaner, while they're working on yours. I could not recommend anyone more sincerely... when you need a repair or any kind of maintenance on your car... bring it to Ming so you can rest easy!

The service was great. I had some indication of what my vehicle needed for work and Ming was able to address that and give a list of other things that need to be done in a timely fashion. There was constant email communication and he sent pictures where applicable. I highly recommend Ming's to everyone.
