Great service. Spot-on estimate. Ming's a champ at keeping my old S6 in good shape.

I was referred to Ming's by a friend of mine who also drives a VW. Ming was able to look at my car the next day, promptly emailed me about the problem, fully explained what needed to be fixed, and gave me a fair quote. He was easy to get in touch with, friendly, and Tammy, the office manager, is really great as well. I had my bike with me to get to work after dropping off my car, however they offered me a ride to the T station. If you want a great experience with a car mechanic, please go to Ming's auto. I've been bringing my car(s) to Ming for almost 20 years - I actually found him through the Car Talk website in the late '90s when I needed someone reliable to fix another mechanic's error. I always feel that Ming is giving me the bottom line, working with my budget when possible, and he's so patient about explaining why something does or doesn't need to get fixed. I trust his work 100%!

As usual, Ming provided exceptional regular maintenance service on my A8 and keeping my tires balanced and rotated. And he did so yesterday on short notice to meet my schedule! Ming is honest and does GREAT work

Ming knows his stuff. Very resourceful, and attentive to one's particular needs. If economy is your goal with the "old clunker", he will tailor the repair. Perhaps he will send you on a parts run, to save on that front.
