I had a power steering problem, including a fluid leak. Ming quickly diagnosed as corroded metal tubes in the system. He called, we discussed. Since it's an 11 yr old, 150k miles SUV that I'll be getting rid of in 5k miles or so, he proposed a safe, fully functioning but economical repair strategy. All is well now. This is the 2nd time Ming has taken my specific needs for a vehicle into his repair plan. It's fantastic to have a mechanic who listens and works with me.
