I returned to Ming's auto after several years. As usually, they were courteous and professional. They let me know exactly what they were going to do and cost up front. They followed up with an assessment of the issue with a draft cost estimate. When I brought my car back to have the work done, they did it timely, effectively. They even gave me a ride to the train station. What I like most, was that Ming the owner explained things to me directly and without pulling punches, what needed to be done, what didn't need to be done and what could be done at a later date. I will of course go back with my V.W. whenever it needs repair.

Excellent service. They are very precise with strong communication. They provide very detailed information and advice about any risk and cost. I have an Audi so it is not cheap to fix, but, according to my experience, I really suggest Ming's Auto Repair if you have an Audi. Thanks a lot guys

Ming is awesome. Totally transparent, honest, and thorough. I brought my Ford Transit Connect in for the first time last week. Ming and Cory were super nice, thoughtfully explained all the work that needed to be done (with photos), and had me back on the road really quickly. The car is running great. Glad to have a new mechanic.
