I had a wonderful experience at Ming's. Great service, terrific communication! I wasn't able to leave my car for more than a day but Ming and his staff did a great job getting my car in and out in one day. This was the first time that I have not had my car serviced at the dealership and I am pleased. I will be back.

I just went in for my winter check up. It was a terrific experience. Within a couple of hours of picking up my loaner car Ming sent a text/email assessing the work. He then followed up with a detailed invoice for approval. He THEN photoed his work in progress (old part removed,new part in place). Where do you get this level of accountability??? I just love the professionalism at Ming's, but as important is the way they bend over backwards to serve. He's really busy with loyal customers, a true proof point of how good the work is, but when he takes you on, you get the dependable gold standard of care. I have an Audi Quattro '07 in perfect shape thanks to Ming! You can't do better. Micaela

I dealt mostly with Corey who was both understanding and honest. I decided not to sink the $$ into my car, so they let me keep it there for a few days while I figured out and organized what I wanted to do. They dealt with me with respect and kindness.
