They charge far more than qualified competitors. I got my repairs done half price elsewhere. I had an issue with suspension, needed an oil and transmission fluid change. I went to Ming's and was charged $75 for the estimate then quoted almost $2000 for all repairs including $1400 for front struts and stabilizers and $450 for transmission flush. I decided that seemed far too expensive and checked RepairPal which seemed to confirm that theory so I called around and found that reputable shops offer FREE estimates because they stand behind their prices being competitive. Then I got the $1850 suspension work and transmission flush (flush, not a change) done for less than $900.
