Great shop. Professional, reliable, and up-front about everything. I would still go here if it was closer to where I live/work anymore.

Car goes in, car comes out, all issues taken care of. To save me the hassle of rushing over at the end of the day, I kept the loaner and Ming got to test drive my car on the way home. Unfortunately, he does his job too well as he says my 2007 Pontiac will last another 100,000 miles and I won't be getting my next car any time soon.

Hands down the best mechanic experience I have ever had. They fit me in when their schedule was tight, provided a check as to what was wrong without charge. They were honest about the cost and issues involved, and sent pictures to show me what they were talking about (i know barely anything about cars)/ to keep for my records. They were upfront about potential future jobs needed. They were understanding about financial strain and worked with me in terms an affordable cost/what work can wait to be taken care of. AND they handled everything promptly during the holidays. All around extremely happy with how things were handled and the car is running and feels great again. I will be back for future jobs without question.

How much is a trust mechanic worth to you? How long and how many trials would it take you to find one? I've been going to Ming's for most of my life and he's worked on all my cars...and I keep going back. When I leave his shop with my car, I know the car is safe and that I didn't get gouged for it. He explains everything he does and shows me the parts he replaced. He sends pictures of the parts he thinks are worn and/or broken so I know that everything on the bill is appropriate. He showed me pictures of the things my wife's former mechanic didn't do on her car and now she's going to Ming's too.

Car began to run very roughly, so much so we had to have it towed to Ming's. He diagnosed and fixed the issue very quickly. As always

Ming's Auto continues to keep my 2005 Audi A8 in top shape and I have been coming to Ming's for over 5 years now. I also have him service my 07 BMW 335I and my 08 Cadillac Escalade. He is the most honest guy and I trust him completely and he informs me of every cost before I give my approval. I can't say enough good things about Mings Auto! I highly recommend them.
