I have known Ming for about 15 years. He and his team are absolute wizards when it comes to auto repair and maintenance. I have brought some pretty screwy problems to him and he has always solved them promptly and professionally. He is extremely thorough and pays great attention to detail. He documents what he finds with photos. He is as competent and honest as the day is long. I trust him implicitly and you will too if you take the opportunity to deal with him. I have been going to Ming's for years and have been very satisfied with the work they have done on my Audi. Ming always explains what is going on and what needs to be done and what can wait. I recently had a significant oil leak while traveling in Virginia and Ming was very helpful in helping me decide what repair really needed to be done down there and what could be put off till I was back in MA. He even called me back with another suggestion after getting off the phone with me. So I definitely feel that Ming treats his customers (and their cars) well and I would recommend Ming's to anyone who is looking for a good mechanic.

I've only been to Ming's a couple of times but I'm thoroughly satisfied and glad to have found Ming and Cory. So far they've done fine work on my Mini. They're very knowledgeable and have given me very good advice. They've been prompt in getting repairs done and have provided accurate estimates of cost. Their communication is excellent. What's not to like? I'd say that I look forward to going back ... but that would mean there's something wrong with my car! However, when something does go wrong with my car, or even for routine maintenance, I'll definitely go back.
