Car and battery were 100% dead, had it towed to Ming’s. Have been a customer for years but had not been in for about 2 years. Due to Covid, the shop is all contact-less and remote communications. Plenty of info provided back and forth in texts and emails, diagnoses of the many unfolding problems the car had. I was always offered straight story and options to repair or not, or what was a must-do. Cory is a great front-man for the comms, v helpful and patient. Car was done in a reasonable time considering all the work and mix of parts needed. I am cheap by nature so every bill seems high to me, but I still choose to believe the overall value of working with Ming and his shop is in the customer’s favor.
