This is an easy five stars. I've been working with Ming for a bit now and he goes ABOVE and BEYOND every time to not only fix complicated problems (old BMW), but to be so efficient in communicating (can be rare for mechanics).. and to also provide options and solutions and even out of the box ways for me to choose amongst best option for me (including options for different parts and sources, etc). 10/10 recommend!
