Ming has always been honest and efficient with any work I’ve come to him with. Before even owning a car (and the first time I came to him), he was willing go check it out and told me exactly what was a fair price for what I was getting and what to ask for prior to purchase from the seller. Most recently, my catalytic converter was stolen and he was able to replace it incredibly efficiently… once the part actually came in. Cory also helped me locate a part, which was immensely helpful. I’m so happy I found these folks and appreciate their care and the speed at which they execute it.

I really appreciated how communicative they were throughout the process (giving advance notice of estimated cost of labor for diagnosing the problem, getting replacement parts, doing the repair, etc.) and only moving forward if given confirmation. Very friendly and helpful. The work they did was great, and they took the time to really explain to me what might have caused the problem and how to prevent it in the future. Highly recommend.
